Hi, I’m Cierra Simon aka Coach C, and I’m passionate about helping athletes grow their skills and confidence on the field. I’ve spent 16 years playing softball, 4 years of Division I softball at UNT and 6 years of giving lessons, and now the current head coach for 12u Hotshots Naudin. I know firsthand the impact that focused, individualized training can make. My goal is to break the game down in a way that makes sense for each player, whether you’re just learning the basics or preparing to compete at a higher level.

I believe that improvement comes through consistent effort, clear feedback, and a love for the game. That’s why I design each lesson to fit the player’s needs—working on fundamentals, sharpening mechanics, and building mental toughness along the way. Coaching is more than just drills; it’s about teaching players how to trust their skills and enjoy the process.
